Youth and Leaders from Crew 2675, Cub Scout Pack 286, and Eagle Scout Brodie Osborn of Troop 286 were invited by the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 5675 - Odessa, Missouri - to march behind the Color Guard at the opening of the 2011 Puddle Jumper's Days Parade. The Scouts carried the flags of the Military Service Branches, with the remaining Cub Scouts carrying small American Flags behind the VFW Color Guard. The Parade was stopped at the Grand Stand where the Pledge of Allegiance was recited, then the parade continued.
The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5675 is the Charter Organization for Cub Scout Pack 286 and Venturing Crew 2675.
